Our packages are shipped with bpost.
Deliveries in Belgium
- Free delivery for orders over €250. If your order is over €250, but free shipping is not automatically selected, please search for the shipping option on the checkout page and make sure free shipping is selected.
- For orders under €250:
bpost home delivery: €6,50
Deliveries in the Netherlands, Luxembourg
- Free delivery for orders over €250.
- For orders under €250:
Home delivery: €12,00. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Delivery
We do our best to hand over your package to bpost as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Under normal circumstances, your package will be handed over to bpost within 24 hours on working days and delivered by bpost within 24 hours in Belgium and within 48 hours in the Netherlands. You can track the status of your package via the Track & Trace function in the bpost app. Please note that delivery times may be extended during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Weren't home at the time of delivery?
If you weren't home at the time of delivery, you can collect your package from your local post office or pickup point using the delivery notice left in your mailbox.
