Returns/Right of Withdrawal

Whilst we do our utmost best to describe our products as accurately as possible, it's always possible that you may not be satisfied with your purchase. You can return a purchased item within 14 days of receipt free of charge. Providing a reason is not required but can help us improve our service. Note: Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which are approximately €8.

How to return an item

For customers in Belgium and other countries:

  1. Email us to info@muchin.eu as soon as possible with the following information:
    • Your full name
    • The order number of your purchase
    • Optionally: fill in the Withdrawal Form and attach it to your email (download here).
  2. If possible, use the original packaging for the return. The return address is Muchin United BV, Bulsstraat 86, 3570 Alken (BE). If using the original packaging, ensure your return label is placed over the original shipping label. Go to your nearest post office or bpost package point location with the package and return label. The bpost staff will be happy to assist you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.

Important:
We must receive the returned product within 14 working days after you have them from us. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving the return, provided all the conditions described below are strictly met.

The items must be returned in their original condition and, preferably, in the original packaging, along with all accessories and instructions provided. Returned items must not have been opened or used. If an item has been devalued due to use, this will be accounted for. Note: Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will also be reimbursed for the shipping cost you paid when ordering the product.
